Job Description â Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer)Position Quantity Surveyor / QS Engineer â Civil Construction Project: Commercial Hotel Construction Project Location: Vijayawada / Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh Site: Daspalla Project Site Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-time, Site-based Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / QS Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil/building construction to join the project team for a commercial hotel construction project in Vijayawada/Amaravati. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, measurement, subcontractor billing, client billing, material reconciliation and cost control . Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, hotels, high-rise buildings or large-scale building projects will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs and estimates for civil and finishing works. Prepare detailed quantity calculations from architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
