Summary Of Job Responsibilities As a Valet driver, you will be responsible for handling all arrivals, and departing vehicles at the Hotel Valet, Casino Valet, Carpark Valet, MICE, and Hall Parking. Additionally, you are required to perform static duties at the curb to direct traffic, assist in opening vehicle doors and not limited to assist on luggage for arrival at the Hotel driveway. You are expected to deliver the required service standard based on Forbes service standards consistently. You must perform and support the Valet operations, and under the supervision of Valet Captains, and Managers to ensure that all the tasks are being completed on time and based on the standards set by the department. You should also work in close collaboration with other Valet drivers, traffic marshals and the bellman who are on duty at the driveway to ensure seamless arrival and departure for all guests.
