Find out more about the Campos Coffee at camposcoffee.com Job Description As a Campos Coffee Roaster, youâll ensure that our coffee is roasted accurately and to schedule, to deliver consistent flavours and satisfy customer demands. This role is based at Campos HQ in Banksmeadow, where we roast our beans daily! You will be scheduled to work either a standard shift from Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, or a floater shift starting between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and finishing between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, depending on operational requirements. Flexibility is essential, and occasional (paid) overtime may be offered. In This Role, Youâll Have The Ability To Roast coffee according to the required sensory profile.
