The role (Estimator) We are looking for an Estimator with 4 to 5 years plus experience to join a team of 3, reporting to your Estimating Manager. Main Responsibilities Might Include Reviewing project plans and specifications Conducting site visits to gather information on project requirements Conducting research on construction materials, equipment and labour costs Preparing detailed cost estimates based on project plans, specifications and cost information Presenting cost estimates to clients and project managers Collaborating with project teams to ensure estimates align with project goals Monitoring project costs and making adjustments as necessary to ensure estimates remain accurate.
