Publishing Terms

✅ What you can publish

• ✓Something real you offer, sell, rent or do: a product, a service, your business or profession, your property, your vehicle, your instrument, your marketplace stand or your musical project.
• ✓Honest, verifiable information: describe what you actually offer, with the real price and terms.
• ✓Your own photos or ones you have the right to use, with no watermarks or third-party logos.
• ✓A real contact (yours or your business's) so interested people can reach you.

⛔ What is not allowed

None of this has a place on Tienda UTIL. It's grounds for rejection or immediate removal:

• ✕Content that discriminates against or incites hatred based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability.
• ✕Party-political or religious propaganda, electoral or religious campaigns.
• ✕Explicit sexual content, pornography or sexual services.
• ✕Violence, threats, harassment or glorification of crime.
• ✕Illegal or restricted items: weapons, drugs, prescription medicines, wildlife, documents, counterfeit or stolen goods.
• ✕Scams, deception, pyramid schemes or anything designed to harm others.
• ✕Third parties' personal data without their permission, or impersonating another person, brand or company.
• ✕Spam, repeated or misleading listings, and links to malicious sites.

🔎 How we review

Every listing goes through moderation (AI-assisted plus our own review) before going live. We may reject, edit or remove any listing that doesn't meet these terms, at any time. If we detect bad faith, removal is without refund.

Publishing on Tienda UTIL gives you a space and exposure; it does not make us a party to the deal between you and whoever contacts you. You are responsible for what you publish and for what you agree with the other person.

Publish something real, describe it honestly, and treat others as you'd like to be treated. Do that and your listing is always within the rules.
